Strict Refund Policy

At 1shop.so, we strive to provide high-quality services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and social media marketing services, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds to Original Payment Method

By depositing funds into your 1shop.so wallet, you agree that once a payment is completed, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

We do not offer refunds to your original payment method (WaafiPay, Credit Card, etc.). If you have a balance in your account that you no longer wish to use, it must remain in your 1shop.so wallet for future orders. We cannot reverse deposits.

2. Refunds to Account Balance

Refunding an order to your 1shop.so account balance is possible only in the following specific scenarios:

  • Undelivered Orders: If an order is not delivered or cannot be completed by our servers, the system will automatically refund the cost of the undelivered portion to your 1shop.so balance.
  • Service Errors: If a service is currently unavailable or facing technical issues, we may cancel the order and refund the amount to your balance.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

You are not eligible for a refund (even to your balance) in the following cases:

  • Private Accounts: If you place an order for a private social media account. Please ensure your account is public before ordering.
  • Incorrect Links: If you provide an incorrect or invalid link.
  • Overlapping Orders: If you place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. This confuses the server and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Suspended Accounts: If your social media account is suspended or deleted by the platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) during or after delivery.

4. Unauthorized Disputes

If you file a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after a deposit, we reserve the right to immediately terminate all your future orders and ban your account from 1shop.so. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or engagement delivered to your, or your clients', social media accounts.
