Terms of Service

1. General

By placing an order with 1shop.so, you accept all of the terms below, whether or not you have read them.

We may change these terms without notice. Read them before each order to make sure you are up to date with any changes.

2. What we sell

Apps and subscriptions — digital products and licences. Our team sends them to you, usually within 24 hours of your order.
Social media growth — followers, likes, views and similar services for a public account or post you link to. These start automatically after you order. They are meant to grow how your account appears; they do not change how the platform treats it.
Temporary phone numbers — a number you can use for a limited time to receive a verification code.
Payment — you add money to your 1shop balance with EVC Plus, and every order is paid from that balance.
Refunds — when an order is refunded, the money goes back to your 1shop balance, as set out in our Refund Policy.

3. Social media growth

We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with you. We guarantee that you receive the followers you pay for.
We do not guarantee that every account will have a profile picture, a full bio and uploaded pictures, although we aim for this on all accounts.
You will not upload anything to 1shop.so — including nudity — that is not accepted by, or suitable for, the social media platform it is meant for.

4. Liabilities

1shop.so is not liable for any account suspension or picture deletion carried out by Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or any other social media platform.

5. Disclaimer

1shop.so will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and protect your personal information. We use it only to run your account and fill your orders, and we do not sell it. To fill an order we pass on only what that order needs to the companies that deliver it and process your payment. Our Privacy Policy lists what we collect and who receives it.
